No purchase is necessary to participate in this promotion. A 90-minute sales presentation is requested but not required for entry into our contest. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation.

Rock Solid Exteriors (“RSE”) will award one (1) grand prize at the end of the prize period. The prize period begins on January 2022. RSE’s timekeeping device shall be the official timekeeping device for this promotion. The grand prize winner will be determined from a random drawing of all entries received during the prize period. The random drawing shall occur on or about December 05, 2022. The odds of winning the grand prize are determined by the number of entries received prior to the time of the prize drawing. RSE reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify, extend, or terminate this promotion without notice at any time. The grand prize winner will be notified by certified mail within 15 days of the drawing. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate grand prize winner. All prizes will be awarded.

The grand prize winner shall receive products and services, professionally installed with a total maximum retail value of $15,000, as determined by RSE based on its then-current price list. The grand prize is not transferable. Maximum retail value includes the cost of installation. The grand prize must be installed at the address listed on the winning entry form. Installation must be provided by RSE’S Personnel or designee. All expenses not specifically provided for are the sole responsibility of the grand prize winner. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Official Rules, if the grand prize winner has already purchased goods or services from RSE, the grand prize winner may choose (i) the grand prize; or (ii) double the money back from their original purchase, up to $5,000 in cash.

Entrants must (i) be legal residents of the United States; (ii) be 18 years of age or older, (iii) own their own home, which home is in a suitable condition (as determined by RSE or its designees) for installation of the grand prize (including compliance with local building codes and regulation), and (iv) reside in a geographic area in which RSE perform roofing services, Employees, officers and directors of RSE, its affiliates, subsidiaries, co-branded partners, consultants, contractors, advertising, public relations, promotion, fulfillment and marketing agencies, their immediate families (and those living in their same households) are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

The grand prize winner’s house must be in suitable condition for installation (e.g., no water, mold, structural damage, etc.) Any waterproofing, remediation, or other repairs necessary for proper installation (as deemed by RSE or its designees in their sole discretion) must be performed at the grand prize winners’ expense prior to installation. Installation labor does not include painting or staining. No transfers, substitution in prizes or cash will be allowed except by RSE who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole or absolute discretion. The cash value of the prize is deemed to be $15,000. Upon installation of the grand prize, RSE will be deemed to have awarded the grand prize to the grand prize winner with the grand prize winner assuming full ownership and responsibility for the grand prize. The grand prize winner must arrange for prize installation no later than one month following the award of the grand prize and installation must occur and be completed within twelve months of confirmed notification.
