He answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns. The job was scheduled and completed promptly. The office people were very helpful and friendly. The crew leader was genuinely concerned that I was satisfied. Upon completion the workers all cleaned up, as did the crew leader. Later that day one more person came out to inspect and clean up with magnets. He was very thorough. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH ROCK SOLID AND WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE I KNOW THAT NEEDS A ROOF.
