About this project
A new driveway on Cedar Street in St. Clair Shores, photographed while the concrete was still curing. The wood forms and stakes are still along the edge, and the cones at the street kept traffic off the fresh slab.
The job record shows an addendum for an increase in labor and materials. The final scope came out larger than the original quote, and it was approved as an addendum before we poured.
What we did
Removed the old driveway
Formed and poured a new driveway beside the brick home
Cut control joints into the fresh slab
Left the forms and stakes in place while the concrete set (as in the photo)
