A close-up of the new architectural shingles from an insurance roof replacement on Greater Mack Avenue in St. Clair Shores. Up close you can see the layered, two-tone tabs and the granule surface that protects the shingle from the sun.
Insurance roofs follow the claim process: inspection, documentation and the adjuster’s approval come before the work. This one was finished in August 2017.
