About this project
A side-yard sidewalk on Havana Drive in Sterling Heights, running from the house back to the shed. In the photo the fresh concrete is still bright, and the soil along the lawn edge hasn’t been patched yet.
A side walk gets used every day, for trash cans, yard tools and trips to the shed. The joints are spaced so any cracking falls along a straight line instead of wandering across the slab.
What we did
Removed the old walk along the side of the house
Poured a new concrete sidewalk from the house back to the shed
