About this project
A complete change of look on Gail Street in Clinton Township: white vertical siding on the upper story, black window trim, shake-style siding on the garage gable, and a new dark roof to tie it together.
When the old siding came off, some of the wood behind it needed replacing, and that was added as an approved upgrade. The roof and the siding were done under one contract, about seven weeks from signing to completion.
What we did
Installed white vertical board-and-batten-style siding on the second story
Added shake-style siding on the garage gable
Replaced the roof
Replaced damaged wood under the siding (approved upgrade)
