From the very beginning, the crew went above and beyond to protect our property. Before starting the project, they carefully moved our extremely heavy patio table off the deck to prevent it from being damaged during the roof removal. They also covered our deck, AC unit, and lawn with plywood and tarps to help protect everything throughout the day.
Once the work was completed, the crew took the time to thoroughly clean up the entire area. This was especially important to us because we have dogs and were concerned about them stepping on nails or other debris. The attention to detail was greatly appreciated.
After the job was finished, they walked us around the entire house and explained everything that had been done. The crew was professional, courteous, and respectful throughout the entire process. We were also very impressed with the communication from Rock Solid—we always felt informed and knew what to expect every step of the way.
Even a few days later, when a crew member returned to pick up the unused materials, he took the time to walk around the property and pick up any nails that may have been missed. That extra attention to detail really stood out to us.
