New light-gray architectural shingles on Hutchins Hill Drive in West Bloomfield, with new box vents near the ridge. Ventilation goes in with the shingles: it lets the attic breathe, which helps the new roof last and cuts down on winter ice dams.
This was an insurance roof replacement, finished in October 2016.
