About this project
A larger insurance project on Morrison Street in Southfield that covered the roof, the siding, the gutters and a fence. The photo shows the new gray lap siding on the second story above the original brick, with crisp white trim at the corners and windows.
When we opened up the front window area, the wood behind it needed repair. That was added as an approved upgrade instead of being covered over.

Replaced the siding on the upper story
Replaced the roof and gutters
Included fence work in the same claim
Added extra wood repair at the front window (approved as an upgrade)
