About this project
A patio and side walkway on Maurice Drive in Chesterfield. The walk runs along the narrow side yard between the house and the fence to a patio area in the back.
Side yards in newer subdivisions are tight, so forms, drainage and access for the concrete all have to be planned around the fence and the neighbor’s property line.
What we did
Poured a walkway along the side of the house to the back patio
Finished the surface for footing
Kept the slab clear of the fence line and the downspouts
